Helping to restore sight is an amazing legacy for any person to leave.
Some give sight by contributing to the knowledge of research scientists who study diseases like macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma. Some give sight by adding to the knowledge and skills of the next generation of eye doctors. And some give sight to a specific person through a corneal transplant. Thanks to eye donors, countless individuals can or will see again.
